Une m\u00e9thode douce mais profonde<\/h2>\n

Cette respiration n’est pas de l’hyperventilation. C’est une respiration circulaire connect\u00e9e. C’est \u00e0 dire que l’inspiration est profonde et l’expiration naturelle, sans pause entre les deux phases.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9tat qui se d\u00e9ploit se caract\u00e9rise par des sensations physiques bien pr\u00e9sentes.
